I loved everything about my video! It does take a little bit to get to because they are a small business with an increase in customers. We just have to wait until it is our turn to have our video. The care and detail to everything I wanted was amazing. There is care and love in the packaging and they personalize it to you. I got to see everything I was getting from the mystery balls and envelops. That mystery is what is the most exciting. When I order again, I will be paying for the video again.
